Toilet roll (in sealable plastic bag)
Stuff sacks (carrier bags will do) for keeping all the bits and pieces toegether.
Energy Bars/Fruit sweets
Washing kit (minimal as most accommodation (except YHA) provides stuff) it all depends on whether you don’t mind having a different smell each day!

• Spare light weight shoes/sandals (rest from boots and allow air to get to feet)
• Evening wear (Trousers/Top/Sweat Shirt)
• Woolley Hat and hat with sun shade

• Travel wash
• Swimmers (unless you don’t mind skinny dipping)
First Aid Kit
• Triangular bandages
• Antiseptic of choice

• Cotton wool balls (slack handful)
• Plasters assorted sizes
• Foot powder (anti-fungal type for athletes foot)
• Vaseline (to prevent chaffing)

• Train tickets there and back?
• List of places you are staying at with contact details? (leave identical list and contact details with family or friends)
• Money to pay for meals and accommodation
• Pen and notebook (to write stuff in)
• Consider drop off and pick up points for supplies (Maps/Medication)
